PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Boston Planning Department and Mayor’s Office of Housing selected CWC DEV LLC to transform four vacant city-owned parcels in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood.

OBJECTIVES:

• Create 3 high-quality, energy-efficient homeownership opportunities for Boston’s missing middle households

• Demonstrate how modular construction can accelerate housing delivery, reduce neighborhood disruption, and improve affordability in Boston

• Transform underutilized public land into wealth-building opportunities for working families in Dorchester
