PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

DVM and our Joint  Venture Partner, Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation were designated by the Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative to develop a vacant parcel in Roxbury.

OBJECTIVES:

• Facilitate community ownership of the future commercial space

• Prevent displacement and promote locally rooted, first-time homeownership by creating new affordable homes

• Enhance the vibrancy of the Dudley business district and set a standard for future neighborhood development with a new sustainably-constructed building

Eighteen (18) affordable homeownership units restricted at 80- 100% AMI

All-Electric Net Zero Energy Building

2,900 SF of commercial space to be sold or leased to local entrepreneurs of color
