PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The City of Boston designated DVM, in JointVenture partnership with Oxbow Urban and J. GarlandEnterprises to develop 60,000 SF of vacant city-owned land in Boston's Mission Hill neighborhood.

OBJECTIVES:

• Create a 45,000 SF all-electric Net Zero Carbon building

• Enhance the residential character through open space and sidewalk improvements via our key collaboration with the Trustees of the Reservations

• Mitigate the intensity of residential development in this particular section of Boston

PROJECT DETAILS:

Forty (40) affordable homeownership units restricted at 80- 100% AMI

30,000 SF of community gardens and open space

3,200 SF of commercial space to be sold or leased to local entrepreneurs of color
