MISSION HILL PATHWAY

MISSION HILL, BOSTON

In July 2023, the City of Boston designated DVM, in Joint Venture partnership with Oxbow Urban and J. Garland Enterprises to develop 60,000 SF of vacant city-owned land in Boston's Mission Hill neighborhood. Through this project, DVM aims to:

  • Create a 45,000 SF all-electric Net Zero Carbon building

  • Enhance the residential character through open space and sidewalk improvements via our key collaboration with the Trustees of the Reservations

  • Mitigate the intensity of residential development in this particular section of Boston


PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

  • 40 affordable homeownership units restricted at 64 - 100% AMI

  • 30,000 SF of community gardens and open space

  • 5,000 SF of commercial space to be sold to local entrepreneurs of color
