DVM Housing Partners (DVM) is proposing a bold vision to push forward the city’s most critical housing goals through the development of the B1 Parcels. Not only will the project contribute to the city’s inventory of affordable rental and homeownership units. We have also taken a “revitalization from within” approach that centers the community’s long-standing needs and its long-term vision for the Blue Hill Avenue corridor. This approach will work to stabilize and protect existing residents who face the risk of displacement while providing a platform for budding neighborhood entrepreneurs and families to thrive in place.
