PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority designated Ascent Dev LLC, a joint venture between DVM Housing Partners and Oxbow Urban, to redevelop a city-owned parcel at 2326 Massachusetts Avenue in North Cambridge.

OBJECTIVES:

• Advance Cambridge’s housing strategy through homeownership opportunities for working families and longtime residents

• Deliver a six-story, all-electric community that combines exceptional energy performance with long-term affordability and resident well-being

• Reinforce the evolving North Mass Ave corridor with human-scaled design, active streetscape engagement, and transit-oriented development

• Create a platform for wealth-building and housing stability by expanding ownership opportunities in a high-opportunity neighborhood
